Commercial Loans: We also provide commercial loans for purchase, refinance, construction, acquisition, development and more. Our small balance commercial loans start at $100K to $1.5 Million and our large commercial loans start nationally at $1Million and internationally from $5Million. The maximum limits will be dictated by the underwriting requirements of a particular project. Depending on the requested amount, the principal(s) may be required to have a minimum of 10% equity in the project or have the ability to put down a deposit of 10%. The principal must also be able to cover the due diligence fee and 1/2 of 1% to cover a portion of the commitment fee.
